Responsibilities:
- Provide customized massage and spa treatments based on client needs
- Client Consultation: Welcome clients, assess needs/preferences, and maintain records.
- Hygiene Standards: Keep workspace and tools clean; follow health protocols and maintain professional grooming.
- Customer Care: Build rapport, provide aftercare advice, and handle feedback empathetically.
- Team Collaboration: Work with staff, promote services, and participate in training.
Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality course
- At least 2 years of professional work experience as a Massage Therapist
- Holder of a Valid NCII Massage Therapy Certificate (TESDA or Equivalent)
- Knowledge of Thai, Swedish, or Aroma therapy techniques preferred
Must be:
- Willing to study the German Language from A1 to B1
- Amenable to do a Face-to-Face language training
- Willing to travel to Subic Zambales during the language training
- Medical and Physically Fit to work.
