Terms and Conditions

1. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY

1.1. Take part by completing this survey by the end of the promotion period.
1.2. Entries should be sent no later than 12:00 pm PH time on the last day of the promotion 17 May 2022.
1.3. Each participant can earn one entry to the Prize Draw. There is a set limit of entries.

2. ELIGIBILITY
2.1. The Prize Draw is open only to Nurse applicants who have applied for a Staff Nurse position with GigaProfessional Partners Inc

3. PROMOTION PERIOD
All entries to the Prize Draw must be received between 15 May 2022 at 12:00 pm PH time and 17 May 2022 at 12:00 pm PH time.

4. PARTICIPATION AND ELIGIBILITY IN THE PRIZE DRAW
4.1. The winners will be selected at random by a computer process that produces a random result from those valid entries received during the competition period.
4.3. All participants will be informed about the Prize Draw results during the competition period during the promotion period. GigaProfessional Partners reserves the right to amend the incentive at any time.

5. LIMIT ON PARTICIPANTS AND ENTRIES
5.1. There is a limit to the number of entries that a participant can earn during the Promotion Period.
5.2. There is no limit on the number of participants who can collect entries to the Prize Draw.

6. DATE OF THE DRAW
The draw will take place on 17 May 2022 PH time.

7. PRIZES
7.1. Five (5) prizes of 1000PHP will be awarded for taking part in the survey. 
7.2. At the end of the Promotion Period, a list of participants will be established by Gigaaprofessional. Five winners will randomly be selected amongst the eligible participants.
7.3. A participant can win only one (1) prize.

8. WINNERS NOTIFICATION
8.1.  The winners will be notified by a GigaProfessional representative via email/text message.

9. LIST OF WINNERS
Details of the prize winner(s) are available by emailing GigaProfessional Partners.

10. PUBLICITY
All winners may be asked to participate in publicity. By accepting the prize, each winner grants GigaProfessional the right to use their name, likeness, hometown, biographical information, photograph, and the fact that the winner has won a prize for any lawful purpose, without obtaining further permission or compensation, except where prohibited by law.

11. LIABILITY
11.1. GigaProfessional shall not be responsible for delayed, lost, misaddressed, incompleted participations, messages, or emails; or of damages or losses of any kind, including, without limitation: (i) special, consequential, indirect, or economic losses or damages; or (ii) loss of any of the following: income, revenue, business, profit, anticipated savings, data, time or use, in each case whether such loss or damage arises out of or relating to your use of the Website or a prize.
11.2. GigaProfessional shall not be responsible for any damage to participants' computers related to participation in the Prize Draw or the download of information required to participate in the Prize Draw.
11.3. If  GigaProfessional  does have any liability to you for any reason, this shall be limited to the monetary value of the highest prize. Nothing in this section shall limit or exclude liability for: (i) death or personal injury arising as a result of  GigaProfessional ’s negligence; (ii) losses you suffer which are a reasonably foreseeable consequence of  GigaProfessional ’s failure to comply with these Rules; (iii) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (iv) any other matter for which it would be illegal or unlawful for  GigaProfessional  to exclude or attempt to exclude liability.

12. PERSONAL DATA
12.1.  GigaProfessional  will store all personal data related to the Prize Draw.
12.2. The personal data of the participants will be used by  GigaProfessional  or by  GigaProfessional's  selected 3rd party fulfillment vendor for the purpose of emailing the winners about their prizes and for shipping the prizes to the winners. It may also be used for publicity as described in paragraph 10. By participating in this Prize Draw, participants accept for their personal data to be used as stated in clause 12.2 in case they win one of the Prizes.

13. JURISDICTION
13.1. These Rules constitute the entire agreement between you and  GigaProfessional  regarding any promotions run by  GigaProfessional .
13.2. These Rules and all matters arising out of them shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
13.3. The parties agree that the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any action brought between the parties in relation to all matters arising under or in connection with these Rules shall be the courts sitting in  the Republic of the Philippines . This choice of venue is intended by the parties to be mandatory and not permissive in nature and to preclude the possibility of litigation between the parties with respect to, or arising out of, these Rules in any jurisdiction other than that specified herein. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if any action or proceeding outside of the state or federal courts in  the Republic of the Philippines , is necessary to collect or enforce any order, injunction, award, or judgment of  the Republic of the Philippines'  court, there shall be no contractual restriction on the jurisdiction or venue for such action or proceeding.
